Parsec connects every relevant internal data source your operation runs, from dispatch and booking to telematics and planning, without replacing or migrating any of them. These internal sources get enriched with the general data Parsec already carries, covering network and infrastructure status, traffic and mobility data, weather, and events, and with data from partners who already run on Parsec and have released it for your use. If your operation needs a source Parsec doesn't yet carry, we add it for you. Out of this combination comes one continuous picture of your physical operating environment, live within days of connecting, not months-long projects.

Every data point on the platform carries its own origin and its own access rules, down to the level of individual properties, not just the dataset it belongs to. This makes it possible to trace where any piece of information came from at any time, and to distribute access rights seamlessly. A partner who needs a name to complete a booking gets the name, and nothing more than the task requires.

Once a partner has released capacity to the platform, it isn't just visible to you, it's usable. You can book against it directly, on the terms the partner has set, without negotiating a new agreement or building a new integration for every partner you want to reach.

Remember everything, forever

Every event Parsec records lands in an immutable protocol with two timestamps. A position update can take seconds to arrive, so Parsec keeps track of both moments: when the event actually happened, and when Parsec recorded it. Nothing in this protocol is ever edited or deleted. From this record, Parsec can rebuild any second of your operation exactly as it looked at the time, accurate down to the atom, and it stays available months later, to anyone who asks.

The traceability the EU AI Act requires of automated decision systems comes naturally from how the protocol works, because every event already carries its full history the moment it's captured.

A record doesn't just say what happened and when. It carries where the information came from, whether that's a live position feed, a partner system, or a manual entry, so a claim about your operation is traceable back to its origin.

See your whole network, and beyond

Combining all the data streams, Parsec assembles a living model of your entire network as a web of dependencies. A vehicle in this model connects directly to the transfer that depends on it, the crew shift driving it, and the promise made to a customer because of it. That structure is what lets the model compute what a single delay becomes, tracing how it propagates through connected trips, shifts, and promises. The picture extends past your own boundary the same way: a journey spanning four companies' infrastructure stays one object in the model, and Parsec communicates directly and in real time with each operator's own systems on the platform, the same way it communicates with yours. That's what lets a response leave your company entirely when it needs to: a seat rebooked on another operator's service, a room held for the night, a traveler notified before the delay is even announced.

This is also where the real unlock sits. Not making one delay response faster, but treating an entire port, an entire rail network, or an entire regional system as a single intelligence, one that gets more capable every time another operator connects to it. Because that connected capacity already sits on the platform, Parsec can meet demand nobody would otherwise see coming, positioning capacity for a spike at an hour that's never had demand before, simply because the pattern became visible in time. Every one of these actions still carries your name. The traveler never sees Parsec, only the operator they already trust.

A partner only becomes reachable once they've released their capacity to the platform under terms they set. Parsec confirms availability with their system in real time, the same way it confirms with yours, and never routes past what an operator has actually opened up.

Foresee what's about to happen

A mathematical optimization algorithm calculates what effect a delay has on every passenger's connection, and identifies exactly who gets stranded if nothing changes. It then computes the best response deterministically, weighing whichever priority matters most to you, whether that means reducing cost, protecting customer satisfaction, or another priority you configure yourself. Run the same input twice, and you get the same result twice. These are proven mathematical methods, the same class of technology that moves and secures billions of dollars in financial markets every day, applied here to your network instead of a ledger. A mistake in the physical world carries real cost, which is why the algorithm decides and never guesses.

Every operator can already work with this system, because the interface runs on something they have used their entire life: speech. A dispatcher states an intent in plain language, and a language model translates it into a structured request for the algorithm underneath. The model organizes the request. It never makes the decision itself. What comes back keeps everything decades of interface design already got right: maps, lists, photos, and structured layouts that present information clearly. Only the input changes, replacing the menus, filters, tabs, and forms that force an operator to translate intent into clicks before Parsec even hears what they need. And the interface itself is never generic. It gets built together with the team that uses it every day, tailored to their actual workflow, because even the sharpest foresight is useless if it arrives in a language your operator doesn't speak.

Every option gets tested against a replica of your network's current state before it's ever presented. The live protocol that everything else depends on stays untouched by a hypothetical, no matter how many scenarios get evaluated in parallel.

The price attached to each option reflects the specific contracts, penalties, and customer commitments your operation actually carries, computed against your own cost structure rather than a generic model of delay cost.

For years, operators built data infrastructure to answer questions about their business. Every outcome flows back into the same protocol that predicted it, confirmed or cleanly compensated where a promise couldn't be kept, and the picture of your network updates the instant it happens. That closed loop is what makes each following prediction sharper than the last one, because the engine learns from what its own recommendations actually caused. Your operators stop reading dashboards and start running their network the way a mission controller runs a launch: informed, in real time, watching the whole system rather than a single screen.

At 06:12 a dispatcher holds a departure because of school traffic. At 07:48 one bay is kept clear for a connecting service, by a rule nobody ever wrote down, and everyone follows it anyway. At 22:51 the last service of the day waits three minutes for a late arrival, because that is a promise, not a schedule.

None of it is written down anywhere. All of it decides what happens next.

Off-the-shelf software renames your world to fit its database. An Umlauf becomes an asset ID. The last tram of the night becomes an inactive route. A surge zone becomes a region number. A crew shift that ends at midnight is not modelled at all, so for the system it does not exist — and it rules out half your recovery options every night after eleven.

What a system cannot name, it cannot see. The most dangerous facts are the ones it never modelled.

Every event carries two timestamps — when it happened, and when Parsec recorded it. Provenance is stored per field, not per object: a name, a house number, a street each carry their own origin. Nothing is ever edited or deleted, so any second of your operation can be rebuilt exactly as it looked at the time. Every recommendation shows what it weighed and what it discarded. Nothing executes that cannot be explained.
